Throughout the year, we offer group somatic coaching classes, online or in-person.  Our current offerings are all online via Zoom and are listed below. Register at the links below & choose your date. If we aren't currently offering the perfect class for you, remember you can book an Online Somatic Coaching Session and get a one-on-one plan just for you and your body's needs!

Partnered Massage Workshop (Online with Angie & Amy)

This one-day, 90-minute, workshop is co-taught by Angie and Amy and is a perfect fit for any kind of duet (couples, roommates, BFFs).  You and your partner will learn hands-on techniques you can practice with each other to relieve neck/shoulder pain, low back pain, and foot fatigue-- those major areas of stress holding! This workshop is via Zoom.  You do need to be in the same physical location as your participating partner. No massage table or chair is needed.  Participating duets will not need other tools but will need enough floor space that one individual can lay down and one can sit on any side of them and you will need to have some lotion handy. (Partner registration only.  Sorry, this workshop is not for individuals.  Participants must be over 18.  This workshop deals with consensual and non-sensual/non-sexual touch. All participants will remain clothed at all times.)

Screen Fatigue Reboot (Online with Amy)

This hour-long workshop is a short and sweet crash course filled with a variety of tools and techniques designed to get you out of screen fatigue and manage your online productivity while keeping your body balanced and pain-free.  Screen and high-intensity focused activity involving screens can have a negative effect on the placement of the head and shoulders, causing strain and pain, as well as fatigue.  You'll be able to use the tools provided in this workshop on a regular, even daily, basis and easily anchor them in your workday. This workshop will be held via Zoom.  Participants will need a foam roller (half or full-length), a tennis ball, enough clear floor space to lay down, a section of clear wall space they can lean against.

Hip & Low Back (Online with Angie)

This 60-minute workshop, taught by Angie, provides rolling and stretching techniques for opening and balancing the hips and low back.  Humans don't often realize that increased sitting postures can shorten the hip flexors, which can cause fatigue and pain in the low back.  This workshop will tackle self-care techniques for both! Participants can then use the taught material regularly as part of a great self-care plan. Participants will need a foam roller (full length or half-length), 2 tennis balls, a tube sock or leg of a nylon stocking, and enough floor space to lay down and roll in.

Neck & Shoulder Refresh (Online with Amy)

Everyone now spends loads of time, daily, with frontal focus... on screens, driving, working on a desk, etc.  This ongoing posture, with the head slightly forward and downward gaze, can take a toll and cause pain and fatigue. This 60-minute workshop, taught by Angie, provides rolling and stretching techniques for opening and balancing the neck and shoulders, restoring head balance in relation to the spine and shoulder girdle. Participants can then use the taught material regularly as part of a great self-care plan. Participants will need a foam roller (full length), 2 tennis balls, a tube sock or leg of a nylon stocking, and enough floor space to lay down and roll in.

Leg Revitalize (Online with Angie)

Whether you dance, lift weights, practice yoga, run, work at a desk, experience restless legs, or have specific leg pain/discomfort or imbalances; this workshop can bring balance and ease to the legs and help them coordinate with the hips and back. This 90-minute-long workshop, taught by Angie, provides rolling and stretching techniques for the hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, calves, and feet.  Participants can then use the taught material regularly as part of a great self-care plan. You will need a foam roller (full length), 2 tennis balls, a tube sock or leg of a nylon stocking, and enough floor space to lay down and roll in.

Guided Full-Body Somatic Sensing Meditation (Online with Angie)

This 30-minute session is a live, guided mediation with a specific focus on opening a stronger somatic awareness for participants, allowing you to drop deeply into the awareness of your bones, tissues, organs, senses, and breath to unify the body and mind connection.  The session will provide calming of the nervous system, create space and ease in the body, and quiet the mind.  This group session will be held on Zoom and participants will receive access to a recording of the mediation so they may repeat it at their convenience.  Participants will need a quiet space and room to lay on their back or sit.  They may choose to have blankets, pillows, or a mediation cushion, but these items are optional.

Relief for the Desk-Bound Human (Online with Angie)

Seated work at a desk for long hours, whether at the office or at home, can have a negative effect on the hips, shoulder, and neck. This can cause pain in the low back, back of the neck, upper back, and hips.  This 90-minute workshop will touch on a variety of rolling, opening, and stretching exercises designed to combat ongoing seated posture and bring relief!  Participants can then use the taught material regularly as part of a great self-care plan to combat their desk-bound seated postures. This workshop will be held on Zoom.  Participants will need a foam roller (full length), 2 tennis balls, a tube sock or leg of a nylon stocking, and enough floor space to lay down and roll in. This workshop is also great for those that drive long stretches during the week!
